Under the general direction of the City Administrator, this exempt position manages all facets of the City's accounting, purchasing, and financial reporting functions and facilitating the annual adoption of the operational and capital budgets and multi-year capital improvement plan.
This position acts with a high degree of independence in the assigned areas of responsibility.
