Currently, we are seeking a veterinary assistant for a full-time or part-time position.
Job Duties:
? Entering and maintaining records ? Client communication:
admit, discharge, answering phones, taking messages ? Set up and clean up of exams and procedures ? Sterile prep of patient and maintaining a sterile environment ? Patient handling including jogging, sedated procedures, anesthesia induction ? Processing and packaging labs ? Patient care:
Feeding, grooming, cleaning stalls ? Restraining patients for exams, treatments, and procedures ? Patient care including administering treatments, bandage changes, etc.
? Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of stock throughout all areas of the hospital ? Keeping detailed and accurate records both on paper and electronically ? General cleaning and upkeep of all areas of the hospital ? Assisting with diagnostic procedures such as radiography, ultrasound, and endoscopy Preference will be given to those with a willingness to learn, positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and who seeks career growth.

High School Diploma/GED

Flexible; Preference will be given to those available on Fridays and Saturdays Wage:
