As a Production Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team operating automated packaging lines in a food-grade environment.
This is a full-time, ongoing position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities Direct and supervise employees to ensure efficient operations Monitor product flow and perform quality checks to maintain high standards Box and stack packaged products as part of the production process Ensure sanitation standards are met to maintain a clean and safe environment Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience Ability to work overtime as required, demonstrating flexibility Qualifications Previous ingredient blending and/or production line experience preferred Previous management experience preferred General mechanical aptitude to handle equipment Good math skills for accurate calculations Clear penmanship for effective communication Safety Conscious to ensure a safe working environment Compensation Compensation for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience.
