- Support students' learning and development by providing individualized attention and guidance.
- Help create a positive and safe learning environment for children.
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions among students.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Provide assistance with classroom management, including organizing materials and maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
Experience - Previous experience working with children, such as in a daycare, preschool, or classroom setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students of various ages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
