QUALIFICATIONS Graduate from Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology program Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Therapist license, strongly preferred Minimum one (1) year experience as treating therapist or therapy assistant, minimum three (3) years experience, preferred Minimum one (1) year therapy management experience Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
